Terms of Service

1. 1. Nature of the information

   Visa information on the Site is general guidance. It does not promise the outcome of any individual case; the actual review and approval are made by the immigration office. Rules can change, so please confirm through a consultation before applying.

2. 2. Consultation requests

   Submitting the consultation form is a request for consultation, not a service contract. Whether we take on the work, and the fees, are agreed in a separate contract after the consultation.

3. 3. Scope of services

   The Office prepares and submits documents and provides consultations within the scope of an administrative agent. We do not handle litigation or court representation (outside the scope of an administrative agent).

4. 4. User obligations

   Users must not do the following.

   • Entering false information or someone else's information
   • Interfering with the operation of the Site
   • Copying or distributing the Site's articles or images without permission

5. 5. Copyright

   Copyright in the articles and images on the Site belongs to the Office or the rightful owner.

6. 6. Limitation of liability

   The Office is not responsible for the results of decisions users make based only on the Site without a consultation. The same applies when the Site cannot be used for reasons beyond the Office's control, such as natural disasters or network failures.

7. 7. Privacy

   Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

8. 8. Changes to these terms

   If we change these terms, we will post them on the Site, and they take effect from the date of posting.
